The Kneeling Leader: A 33-Day Devotional
A Devotional Journey into Humility, Servanthood, and Spirit-Led Influence for Christian Entrepreneurs
Day 30 — Called for Such a Time
Scripture (Douay-Rheims):
“For I know the thoughts that I think towards you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of affliction, to give you an end and patience.” — Jeremiah 29:11
Reflection
You are not in your industry by accident. You were not born in this generation by mistake. Your gifts, experiences, and opportunities are part of God’s intentional design.
God’s plans for you extend beyond financial success. They include peace, influence, restoration, and eternal impact. Your leadership is part of His larger story.
Mission-driven leaders understand that their companies are platforms, not trophies. They are tools for blessing communities, developing people, and advancing God’s purposes.
This awareness transforms ambition. Instead of asking, “How far can I go?” you begin asking, “How much good can I do?” Instead of chasing recognition, you pursue faithfulness.
Purpose sustains leaders through difficulty. When profits decline or challenges arise, calling keeps you grounded. You remember why you began. You remember whom you serve.
God’s plans unfold over time. Some fruits appear quickly. Others mature slowly. Trust keeps you steady in both.
Today, reflect: Am I living out God’s calling — or merely managing a business?
Prayer
Lord, I dedicate my future, my work, and my influence to You. Fulfill Your purposes through me. Use my leadership to advance Your kingdom and bring glory to Your name.
