Some children charity organizations solicit individuals for sponsorships. A charity endowment sponsorship to a child can bring water, food, medication, treatment and education to a child in need. Being a sponsor to a child is like becoming a surrogate parent to that child. The charity foundations that offer these sponsorships also make investments with the money they gathered in order for the money to multiple, thus providing addition assistance to more children.
