Prayer to Our Mother of Perpetual Help

O Mother of Perpetual Help,
Our gentle and loving Mother,
I come before you with trust and confidence.
You know the depths of my heart,
My worries, my hopes, and my silent tears.
Wrap me in your mantle of compassion,
And intercede for me before your Son, Jesus.

Holy Mother, in times of fear, be my comfort.
In moments of weakness, be my strength.
When my path is unclear, guide me with your light.
Teach me to surrender to God’s holy will,
To remain steadfast in faith,
And to love with a heart full of patience and mercy.

O Mother of Perpetual Help,
Never let me feel alone or without hope.
Stay by my side in every trial and joy.
I promise to honor you, love you,
And spread devotion to your holy name.
